Charlton Hill Surgery Charity

Charlton Hill Surgery Charitable Trust    Reg No. 1159824

The objects of Charlton Hill Surgery Charitable Trust are, 'The relief of sickness and preservation of health, in particular but not exclusively, among patients of Charlton Hill Surgery, Andover, by providing funds to purchase specific equipment and services which are not provided by the NHS'.

The Trust has five trustees, four of whom are patients together with the Practice Manager, Adrian Wise.

We are now in a position to receive donations (although not yet electronically and our application for Gift Aid status is pending).

It is hoped that in the future, the Trust will be able to purchase additional equipment to aid diagnostics and to benefit the patient population. Although at this stage we have nothing specific in mind, this might be items such as an external defibrillator, stand-alone blood pressure machine for the waiting room, or anything else that the patients reasonably consider will benefit them and other patients.

If you would like to make a donation you can either leave this with reception or send a cheque made payable to Charlton Hill Surgery Charitable Trust to the practice address. Alternatively our bank details are Lloyds Bank, Andover, Sort Code 30-90-21, Account Number 55597560

We thank you for your kind support.
